All Sales are Final: Due to the proprietary nature of our research and the fact that digital information is immediately consumable upon delivery, all subscription fees are strictly non-refundable.
No Cancellations: We do not offer cancellations, transfers, or pro-rated refunds for ongoing subscription periods once access to the research has been granted.
Limitation of Liability / Maximum Compensation: In the event of any dispute, grievance, or claim arising from our services, the maximum compensation claimable by the client against Tushar Global Services or the Research Analyst shall be strictly limited to the fees paid by the client for the last paid subscription. Tushar Global Services shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or market-related losses.
